Gluten Free- Vegan Lasagna Recipe

For me, one of the most important Ingredients in any dish is inspiring music. I find it makes everything better. So, I'll give you my playlist for this lasagna as well as the recipe.

Start by preheating your oven to 350.

Chop the broccoli and portabella into very small pieces (this is the meat substitute).

"The Pirates" screening. It was amazing, AND we were the only people in the theater. Which was great because we made a racket and weasled in some super crunchy snacks... (The movie was fantastic and everyone should see it. In 3D. You will not regret it.)
